Most LASIK patients have good enough vision and are comfortable enough to return to work the next day. However, healing can vary from person to person so it's a good idea to have some flexibility in your work schedule immediately after your LASIK procedure.

If possible, consider having your LASIK surgery at the end of the week so you can take it easy for a few days before resuming a full work load the following week.
